EmiTel to move to Fronton in Kraków
POLAND Radio and TV broadcast infrastructure operator EmiTel has leased 983 sqm of office space in Fronton Office Center in Kraków. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant for this transaction.
Over 50,000 sqm of office space comes to Warsaw in Q3
POLAND In Q3 2012, 56,100 sqm of office space were delivered to the market bringing the total stock up to 3.75 mln sqm, while the vacancy rate increased from 7.4 pct at the end of H1 2012 to 8.1 pct. – according to figures from the Warsaw Research Forum.
