RSSFashion Days enters Victoria Business Center
POLAND The Fashion Days online shopping club, which is owned by the Allegro Group, has leased 970 sqm in the Victoria Business Center office building in Poznań, where it is to set up an office, a studio and a storage room.
Immofinanz adds Nimbus to Warsaw
POLAND Immofinanz Group has started work on its first office project in Warsaw. The Nimbus office building, which will have a leasable area of 19,000 sqm, is to be built on Al. Jerozolimskie in the city’s western Ochota district.
Senator now 80 pct leased
POLAND Discovery Networks CEEMEA has leased over 1,800 sqm from Ghelamco Poland in the Senator office building in Warsaw and is to move into its new offices in March 2013.
Little change on the office market
ROMANIA In 2012 total office supply is predicted to reach app. 92,000 sqm, a similar level to that recorded in 2011, according to figures from DTZ Echinox.
Second office building for Corvin Promenade
HUNGARY Futureal is to build a second office building of 6,200 sqm at Corvin Promenade in Budapest in an investment of EUR 16 mln.
Genesys begins in Danhouse
POLAND Genesys has leased 340 sqm of office space in Danhouse in Bydgoszcz. CBRE, which advised the tenant in the negotiation process, is also responsible for fit-out project management provided to Genesys.
First tenant for Warsaw Spire
POLAND EU agency Frontex is the first tenant to sign a lease in the Warsaw Spire office project, which is being developed by Ghelamco Poland.

POLAND Logistics company DSV has leased 3,100 sqm of office space in the Ambassador building in Warsaw.

POLAND Dieting product supplier Herbalife has leased 1,850 sqm in building ‘C’ of the Bonarka4Business office complex in Kraków.

POLAND Cosmetics company Coty Polska has leased 1,720 sqm of office space in the Ambassador building in Warsaw.
New tenants enter Megapark
BULGARIA New tenants have signed leases for 17,600 sqm of office space in the Megapark office complex in Sofia.Now the building, which is owned by CA Immo together with Robul and Bank Austria Real Invest, is 75 pct leased.
Carl Zeiss leases Malta Office Park office
POLAND German optical manufacturer Carl Zeiss, which has operated on the Polish market for 10 years, has leased 1,000 sqm in the Malta Office Park complex in Poznań, where it is to open a finance and accounting centre.
Waryński plans to build offices in Wola

POLAND Kielce-based Echo Investment is planning a new office project in Wrocław, which is to be delivered in 2014.

POLAND Echo Investment is planning to build a shopping and entertainment centre on ul. Kolejowa and ul. Kościuszki in Katowice.The mall is to have a leasable area of 48,000 sqm with 200 stores, a nine-screen multiplex and a fitness club.A car park for 2,000 vehicles is also to be built.
Rolf Import comes to Krugozor
RUSSIA Rolf Import, an importer of Mitsubishi cars, has signed a seven-year lease with O1 Properties for over 4,500 sqm of office space in the Krugozor business centre in Moscow.
Váci Greens to open in May
HUNGARY The Váci Greens building is to open in May 2013. The centre was originally planned to open this year but the opening date was put back due to the decision of Belgian developer Atenor to increase the total area of the building by a further 1,300 sqm on the top floor.
A4 Business Park to be built in Katowice
