Emerson Process Management has leased 4,050 sqm in the Konstruktorska Business Center office complex in Warsaw, which is owned by Amsterdam-based Golden Star Group.

Poland Office leasing activity still strong in Wrocław
Office leasing activity remained relatively strong in Wrocław over 2020. Last year saw 128,400 sqm of office space leased, however, short-term lease renewals and renegotiations accounted for more than half of gross take-up.

Polish regional office stock reaches 5.79 mln
At the end of 2020, the total modern office stock in Poland’s eight major regional office markets (Kraków, Wrocław, the TriCity, Katowice, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin and Lublin) came to 5.79 mln sqm, of which 1,554,900 sqm was in Kraków, 1,226,300 sqm in Wrocław and 888,600 sqm in the TriCity.
