Poland Glimmers of a recovery for Warsaw offices
Total office supply at the end of June 2021 came to almost 6.1 mln sqm in Warsaw, rising in the first half of the year by 226,300 sqm with ten buildings delivered, according to the latest research by Savills.

In the first half of 2021, developers delivered 21 office projects with a total area of around 352,500 sqm (Warsaw – 226,000 sqm in ten projects, regional markets – 126,500 sqm in eleven), which increased the total stock to nearly 12.1 mln sqm., according to figures from Axi Immo.
