Construction begins again on Nordic Mokotów

POLAND Murapol is another Polish residential developer that has published impressive apartment sales results for Q3 and the first three quarters of the year.
Marvipol on course to sell 700 homes
POLAND The Marvipol Group has published its sales results for Q3 and the year so far. In Q3 the group sold 208 apartments and between January to September (inclusive) sold 572 apartments – an increase of more than a third year-on-year. Just in September the developer sold 105 housing and retail/service units – 119 pct more than in the same month a year ago.

Profitable year for Atal
POLAND Residential developer Atal sold 2,041 apartments in the first three quarters of 2017 – 16 pct more than in the same period last year, while in Q3 alone it sold 682 units. The company expects to sell between 2,700 and 2,900 homes over the entire year.
