DHL Express Polska and Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. have signed an agreement to build a new DHL Express cargo terminal directly adjacent to Katowice Airport.

Segro has broken ground on a new, BTS manufacturing and warehousing centre of over 35,000 sqm for fibre optics manufacturer Corning Optical Communications in Segro Logistics Park Stryków. Corning has been based in the park since 2006. JLL advised Corning in the lease transaction.

Data4 has officially opened its second data centre in Jawczyce, just outside Warsaw, with a capacity of 10 MW. The event was attended by Andrzej Domański, the minister of finance and the economy, Dariusz Standerski, the vice minister of digitisation, and Olivier Micheli, the president of Data4.
