POLAND/CEE REGION Out of the total warehouse area of 1.2 mln sqm that was completed in Poland last year, Panattoni Europe developed app. 775,000 sqm – about two-thirds of the supply.
First Property sells warehouse to tenant
ROMANIA First Property Group is to sell a warehouse building in to sell a logistics warehouse in Ploiești to the building’s current tenant – Aquila Part Prod – for EUR 3.2 mln with a pre-tax profit of just over EUR 1 mln.

Panattoni for DSV Solutions again
POLAND Panattoni Europe is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place already, and completion of the investment is scheduled for July 2017.

POLAND Hochtief Polska signed a contract for construction of a new building in the Bridgestone production facility in Poznan. The contract value was agreed to be kept confidential. The works are scheduled to be completed in December, 2017.

POLAND Goodman will develop a 27,500 sqm warehouse for Valeo Autosystemy, a subsidiary of the French automotive group Valeo. Goodman’s second development project for Valeo will be located adjacent to its plant in Skawina, near Kraków.
