POLAND The warehouse space at the Waimea Cargo Terminal Rzeszów-Jasionka is 100 pct commercialised after the lease of 2,800 sqm of high warehouse space to TS Logistics.

POLAND Rzeszów airport has leased 1,700 sqm of warehouse space in the Waimea Cargo Terminal and is to move in in June 2017.

Amazon to develop another huge centre in Poland
POLAND E-commerce giant Amazon is planning to develop its fifth fulfilment centre in Poland. The facility featuring 135,000 sqm it to be built by Panattoni at ul.Innowacyjna in Sosnowiec in the region of Upper Silesia in the vicinity of the already existing facilities, Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I and II. The completion is scheduled for October 2017.

Jysk signs 65,000 sqm lease
POLAND Scandinavian furniture producer Jysk has taken up 25,000 sqm of warehouse space in Logistic City – Piotrków Distribution Center in Piotrków Trybunalski as well as prolonged its existing lease for 40,000 sqm of warehouse space and 200 sqm of office space in this facility.
