MLP joins forces with J.W. Construction
POLAND Two development companies, MLP Group and J.W. Construction Holding, are to jointly build a 60,000 sqm logistics centre in Szczecin’s Drzetowo-Grabowo district.
Hollister to build factory near Kaunas
LITHUANIA US-based medical device manufacturer Hollister has signed an agreement to build a manufacturing plant in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone.
Green roof for MLP Pruszków II
POLAND Global logistics operator Cargo-Partner has leased a warehouse area of 8,000 sqm in MLP Pruszków II. A new 1,300 sqm office building is also to be developed in the complex where the company is to be headquartered.
Drugs to come from Toruń
A pharmaceuticals distribution centre is being developed for Neuca on ul. Forteczna in Toruń and is to be completed in March 2018.
DSV stronger in Sosnowiec
POLAND DSV Solutions is adding a total new area of 15,000 sqm to its premises in Sosnowiec. An additional area of 5,000 sqm has already been added to the space it occupies in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec, for industrial automation operations and just-in-time services.

POLAND The foundation stone ceremony has taken place for the Xeos aeroplane engine service and repair centre in Środa Śląska in Lower Silesia, which is being developed in a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and GE Airplane.Investment costs will come to PLN 1 bln.

P3 steps up a gear in Poland
POLAND Since the beginning of the year, P3 has completed the construction of 130,000 sqm of warehouse facilities in three parks; P3 Poznań, P3 Błonie and P3 Mszczonów. Almost all of the new space has already been leased. Additionally, the company has over 100,000 sqm under construction as well as further projects in the pipeline.
