Panattoni to build cross-dock in Janki
POLAND Panattoni Europe has started the construction of a BTS parcel distribution centre for Royal Mail subsidiary GLS Poland in Janki near Warsaw.
Prologis CEE portfolio grows
CEE REGION At the end of June 2017, Prologis' CEE operating portfolio totalled 4.61 mln sqm, 260,000 sqm more than at the end of June 2016. With the addition of new warehouse space, the portfolio reached 4.72 mln sqm , compared to 4.52 mln sqm twelve months ago, while occupancy increased from 94.8 to 95.4 pct.

Healthy H1 results for MLP Group
