POLAND A cigarette factory in Augustów is set to become one of the largest manufacturing plants of British American Tobacco (BAT) in the world. The BAT factory is to be extended because some of its production is being moved from Germany to Poland (following the closure of its plant in Bayreuth). 1.5 mln sqm vacant on Moscow warehouse market
RUSSIA The volume of vacant space on the Moscow warehouse market has reached a record 1.5 mln sqm out of a total stock of 12.4 mln sqm, according to JLL. This means that the vacancy rate in existing warehouse premises has increased to 12.5 pct compared to 10.5 pct at the end of 2015.
