POLAND The breaking earth ceremony took place at the construction site of a production and warehouse for Bosch subsidiary Sia Abrasives on October 27th. The factory is being built at ul. Prosta 21 within the Goleniów Industrial Park.

RUSSIA Developer Radius Group is to build a 138,000 sqm distribution centre for Auchan Retail Russia in the South Gate Industrial Park in Domodedovo, a town just outside Moscow. According to the developer it is going to the biggest single-user building in Europe.

Jas-Fbg enters Centrum Logistyczne Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi
POLAND Logistics operator Jas-Fbg logistic has signed a 2,700 sqm lease, which includes a 2,500 sqm cross docking area, with 7R Logistic. The tenant is to move into the second building that is being developed in the Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi logistics centre in February 2017.
