Gestamp lease gives Goodman greenlight for Wrocław IV
POLAND Goodman has begun the construction of a 19,400 sqm facility for metal automotive components producer Gestamp at the new Goodman Wrocław IV Logistics Centre.
Segro makes "a good start" to 2015
EUROPE In the first quarter 2015, the UK-based warehouse developer Segro has completed 71,700 sqm developments that could generate annualised rent of GBP 2.9 mln, of which GBP 2.1 mln has already been secured, the company informed.
