Develey takes up Żerań space
POLAND Mustard producer Develey has signed a 900 sqm lease agreement in Segro Business Park Warsaw in Żerań.

Cubic and HTM enter Szczecin park

Segro makes "a good start" to 2015
EUROPE In the first quarter 2015, the UK-based warehouse developer Segro has completed 71,700 sqm developments that could generate annualised rent of GBP 2.9 mln, of which GBP 2.1 mln has already been secured, the company informed.
