RUSSIA The volume of vacant space on the Moscow warehouse market has reached a record 1.5 mln sqm out of a total stock of 12.4 mln sqm, according to JLL. This means that the vacancy rate in existing warehouse premises has increased to 12.5 pct compared to 10.5 pct at the end of 2015.
POLAND iQor, one of the largest service companies in Europe, is to enlarge its Bydgoszcz branch. The company, which is involved in the guarantee and post-guarantee repairs of electronic equipment, will extend the branch by 14,000 sqm.
