CZECH REPUBLIC Construction and engineering company Technip Italy has signed a EUR 213 mln deal on the construction of a new polyethylene plant for the refinery and petrochemical group Unipetrol. The facility will be erected within Unipetrol’s existing production complex in Litvinov.
Ukrainian warehouse market sees 50 pct drop
UKRAINE In the first half of the year, the total new warehousing supply on in the Greater Kyiv area amounted to app. 62,000 sqm, app. a 50 pct y-o-y drop, from 127,000 sqm, according to a DTZ report.
