"When it comes to business issues, Bydgoszcz is focused to a large extent on the development of human resources. It is important that we are offering such education that is adapted to the labour market. The Applied Computer Science course at UTP University of Sciences and Technology is one response to this, as well as the postgraduate studies programmes that have been established together with local investors, in which specialists from these companies are the lecturers," said Edyta Wiwatowska, CEO of Bydgoszcz Regional Development Agency.
