"That’s why there is the availability of consultants comes into question, including lawyers and tax advisors, as well as the time needed for all the transaction procedures, preparing the documentation and requesting legal interpretations from tax offices," says Michał Ćwikliński.

"And there is one final question over the stability of the market. At the moment Poland is a stable country with a stable economy. The property market has been reflecting this stability. We have been seeing record lease volumes in the warehouse and office sectors. Tenants are very active. Vacancy rates are low and upward pressure is being put on rents. All of this bodes well for the Polish real estate market," says Michał Ćwikliński.
