Skanska will sell projects in all its markets and start to build 12 new ones

"We are preparing for sales projects, to be honest, in all the countries we are active in. This situation provides us with an investor’s overview on all these markets," said Katarzyna Zawodna, the president of Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

"We are at the moment in the process of selling Atrium II in Warsaw and soon we want to put hotel Westin on sale. We also have a project in Budapest, Nordic Light, and in Bucharest, Green Court – and soon we will also put our Five office project in Prague on the market. Now we have 200,000 sqm of space under construction across all the markets we are present in, and we have the largest footprint in the region. We are in ten markets, seven in Poland: Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź and Poznań, Tricity has also joined the list recently – we do not have a project there yet, but we are preparing for construction. The other three are Prague, Bucharest and Budapest. Tenants are interested in our projects. We have ambitious plans - twelve projects to be launched this year, so we are accelerating," told us said Katarzyna Zawodna.

"We have just opened the 40,000 sqm Dominikański building in Wrocław and have begun work on Generation Park on Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, which will comprise 85,000 sqm. Quite soon we want to launch our 80,000 sqm Spark project, on. ul. Towarowa in Warsaw. We are planning to start the work on the project in July," she revealed.
