Torus invests in plots for hotels

"These are plots for hotel developments. We are planning to build several hotels in Poland’s main regional cities. These will be the biggest cities – we can put it like that. But what I know from what was said at yesterday’s board meeting is that a letter of intent has been signed for the purchase of a very interesting property in Warsaw, so if the due diligence goes well and all the arrangements are confirmed, we will also have a very interesting property the centre of Warsaw. Every hotel investment is analysed by a company that is a part of our group. And each time the company examines it, the type of the hotel, the number of rooms, the number of stars, etc. is fitted to the location and the demand generated by that specific market," said Maciej Brożek.
