Friendly shopping in Lublin

Project showcase
Skende Shopping will become a new, friendly shopping and meeting place for the local community in Lublin. Customers will not only be able to shop over an area of 57,500 sqm but will also be able to enjoy spending time in a well-designed space.

Skende Shopping has been expanding its range of store with tenants such as Ikea (which opened on August 23rd), the first Intermarché in Lublin, RTV Euro AGD, Black Red White, H&M, Martes Sport, Rossmann, Vox Meble, Selene, Świat Książki, Smyk, Deichmann, Wojas, Lee Wrangler, Pepco, Carry, CCC and many more. In total, there will be about 70 stores, restaurants, cafes and service points. Access to Skende Shopping will be easy, convenient and safe – a viaduct will lead to the shopping centre and customers will have access to a car park with 2,000 parking spaces. New bike lanes and a new city-bike station located next to the shopping centre, as well as public transportation, will allow customers different means to travel there. “Skende Shopping has been designed as a meeting place where you can spend time with your family and friends. Its attractions will include children’s play areas, both indoors and outdoors, a relaxation zone, and a room for parents with children. Eventually, we are also planning cafés and restaurants – all this surrounded by top-quality Scandinavian design,” claims Jacek Garbaczewski, the manager of Skende Shopping. The grand opening of the new shopping centre is planned for November this year.
