Record sales for Bouygues Immobilier

POLAND In 2012 Residential developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska sold a record 350 apartments in Warsaw as well as 20 houses in Józefosław just outside the city.
. This represents a 25 pct increase on 2011 in sales of residential units for the company, which has been operating on the Polish market since 2001. A hundred out of all the residential units sold were turnkey-finished. Out of all the developer’s most popular projects were the Bell’Arte and Carre Arte projects in Warsaw’s Wola district where 145 residential units were sold. The company also sold a high number of apartments in the Bemowo district with 70 apartments sold in the Patio Avenir project as well as in the Ochota district with 75 apartments sold in the Villa Parc and La Tour Residence projects.

Hungary Scan Global already expands in CTPark Budapest East

CTP signed a contract with Scan Global Logistics for almost 13,000 sqm of space in CTPark Budapest East’s ULL2 Hall In December 2023. The logistics provider has already taken an additional 7,800 sqm of leased space in Q1 2024 in the ULL3 building, which is currently undergoing BREEAM certification.
