LemonTree has launched construction work on Westside Szczecin NXT, its third complex in Szczecin. The centre will comprise 39,600 sqm of warehouse, service and office space, of which around 30 pct has already been leased to a leading logistics operator.

Focus Estate Fund has extended its lease agreements with Pepco and Deichmann for space in the Galeria Awangarda shopping centre in Bartoszyce. Pepco occupies around 540 sqm, and Deichmann occupies 450 sqm.
The second stage of the Kasztelania retail park in Chrzanów will open in June. The park first opened in 2020.
Dutch discount chain Action has joined the tenants in the Wiślany Square shopping centre under construction in Warsaw's Siekierki district, with a lease of nearly 900 sqm.
The Osada shopping and service centre in Żyrardów is to open in a number of days. The park developed on a site of around 10 ha and will eventually have nearly 35,000 sqm of leasable space. The opening of the first stage of the project is scheduled for a few days.
LCP Poland, part of M Core has purchased land in Nowa Wola near Warsaw, where it is to launch its fifth retail park development project this year. MPark Nowa Wola is to comprise two buildings with 16 leasable units and a total gla of almost 7,500 sqm.
