RUSSIA A seven-storey business centre with a total area of 21,000 sqm and a four-star hotel are to be developed on a former industrial area in the Moscovskiy district of St Petersburg.
The Badayevskiye Warehouses on Kievskaya street close to Moskovskiy Prospekt and Frunzenskaya metro station are to be enlarged and converted into class ‘B+’ offices. Reconstruction work of the office building is to start in the first quarter of 2014 and should take one year. Only the load-bearing walls will be retained while a new layout and modern utilities are to be implemented.
