More major brands to open in Bursztynowa

POLAND LPP fashion brands as well as RTV Euro AGD and Martes Sport have leased a combined area of 3,865 sqm in the Galeria Bursztynowa shopping centre in Ostrołęka.
LPP’s five brands will all feature in the mall: Reserved (1,461 sqm), Sinsay (397 sqm), Mohito (407 sqm), House (396 sqm) and Cropp (404 sqm). RTV Euro AGD will open in 450 sqm store, while Martes Sport has leased a 350 sqm unit. The new leases have brought the commercialisation of the 32,000 sqm centre up to 85 pct. Galeria Bursztynowa is scheduled to open in spring 2014. Narev Inwestycje is the owner and Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent of the centre.

Record-breaking Q1 2024 sees arrival of 20 new brands

Twenty brands debuted on the Czech retail market between January and the end of June, the highest ever recorded in the first six months of a year. The biggest categories were Health and Beauty and F&B. All but one of the new brands opened in Prague, the other setting up shop in an outlet centre in the Moravian town of Hatě.
