Kyiv’s retail space per capita remains one of the lowest in Europe

UKRAINE In 2014 Kyiv’s retail real estate is to witness a record-breaking new supply of 470,000 sqm due to the completion of several large complexes, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
As a result, the market saturation in Kyiv will rise to 419 sqm per 1,000 people. Meanwhile the retail space per capita ratio remains one of the lowest in Europe — 222 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants.
