ILD starts work on two industrial facilities

The 26,200 sqm first phase will comprise warehousing and technical areas and 800 sqm of offices and staff facilities. The building is expected to be completed in April 2014. Technical infrastructure around the building is also to be constructed, including roads, car parks and service yards. Eventually the complex will be built out to 50,000 sqm. ILD has also started work on Jeneč Business Park near Prague’s Václav Havel Airport. The first phase of ten business units of between 149 sqm and 233 sqm should also be completed next April.
