POLAND Mirbud subsidiary Marywilska 44 is planning to construct a retail park next to an existing covered market at ul Marywilska 44 in Warsaw.
The planned centre will have a useable area of 15,000 sqm. The company has planning permission and is currently applying for a building permit as well as negotiating with five potential tenants.
