“IMV Polska has recently signed leases with brands such as Catweel, Modern Café, Buena Lingerie, Mr Hamburger, Stara Mydlarnia, Salon Snu, Studio Paznokci and Galeria 55. We are also in advanced negotiations with more tenants that will enrich and refresh the offer of the mall,” says Anna Pajura of IMV Polska, the company responsible for managing the mall. Galeria Szperk is a 23,000 sqm joint development owned by UBM and Immofinanz Group.
