“Investa is yet our another client, who decided to extend its existing lease agreement (…). Currently the park offers app. 200,000 sqm of warehousing space with the possibility to extend to up to 400,000 sqm,” says Magdalena Szulc, Segro's business unit director for Central Europe. Located within Łódź's Special Economic Zone, Segro Logistics Park Stryków is currently being occupied by such tenants as AB Logic, Azymut, CAT LC, CEI Poland, Complex, Corning, Geodis, Hellmann, Komfort, Ritall, Sonoco, SWM – Poland, Valeo.

Warehouse developer Gridarch has granted early access to the stage III halls at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, before the final approvals have been granted. Logistics Operator DP World is to use the early access to install its equipment on behalf of automotive giant BMW. The three buildings total 124,000 sqm and should receive final certification in the summer of this year.

Tricity warehouse market stays strong

Savills has published its  'Market in Minutes' report for the Tricity industrial and warehouse market. At the end of 2025, total industrial stock 1.82 mln sqm +4 pct y-o-y. While new supply has now reached 77,300 sqm -74 pct y-o-y. Gross take-up now comes to 351,700 sqm, up 21 pct y-o-y, while net take-up came to 273,300 sqm +37 pct. Currently, 197,400 sqm is under construction, up by 69 pct y-o-y. Of this space, 84 pct has been preleased. (up by 9 pct y-o-y). Headline rents come to EUR 4.20-5.75 per sqm per month, while effective rents come to EUR 3.50-4.70 per sqm per month. Land prices now stand at PLN 150-1000 per sqm.
