CFE to extend Atrium Promenada

POLAND CFE Polska has been selected as the general contractor of the first phase of the Atrium Promenada extension.
The 55,000 sqm shopping centre in Warsaw is owned by Atrium European Real Estate. It is to be extended by app. 7,100 sqm. The contract includes the redevelopment of the front part of the mall, where a a flagship H&M store is to be located, as well as some internal construction work. Sud Architekt Polska has designed the project.
