ESTONIA The construction of a bio-oil plant planned a year ago in Estonia's Pärnu district has been postponed.
The EUR 30 mln investment has already received EUR 6.9 mln in support from European Union, under the second phase of the NER300 funding programme, but a decision about when to start the project has yet to be made, a representative of Fortum has told ‘Eurobuild CEE’.
