WORLD While currently eight out of ten customers globally use a computer, smartphone, tablet or in-store technology in shopping, it’s not shipping policies or pricing that frustrates the ‘omni-shoppers’ the most, but inventory, which is more important (73 pct) than information security (59 pct), according to the latest survey by Mastercard.
The ‘Omnishopper 2016’ research, which was conducted among 10,000 customers in the US, Brazil, the UK, Germany, Poland, the UAE, Australia, Indonesia and Hong Kong that use a combination of different sales channels to shop, shows that they now feel smarter than ever before and they are getting more value of their shopping.
