Amazon introduces crowd-sourced delivery service

UNITED STATES Amazon is hiring local private drivers for delivering express orders, which are set to reach the customer within an hour after they have been placed.
Called Amazon Flex, the service allows previously registered and background checked private drivers with cars to work as delivery people in the areas and times they choose. The drivers, which use special Android-supported app provided by Amazon, are able to plan their delivery work ahead or pick up any available block of time. Amazon promises to pay its crowd-sourced employees from USD 18 to USD 25 an hour.
