P3 signs three deals

POLAND Wheels Logistics, Hager Polo and Euroser have leased a total of 8,380 sqm of space in two P3 Polish logistic parks.
The logistics operator Wheels Logistic has signed a 2,660 sqm extension agreement for space in the P3 Poznań park, where it will now occupy a total of 8,660 sqm of space. Meanwhile, the building automatic systems supplier Hager Polo has taken up over 3,700 sqm of extra space in the same property.  Occupancy rates increased by around 4 pct in the first six months of the year compared to the same period of 2024, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox with the figures based on the STR data. The average daily rate (ADR) grew by circa 8 pct in local currency. This resulted in a spectacular 12 pct increase in RevPAR YTD 2025 versus 2024.
