WORLD Double Robotics, a US-based robotics company, has introduced the new version of its mobile telepresence robot Double.
The Double 2 remotely-controlled bot, which can be navigated from an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, or desktop Chrome web browser, allows users to audiovisually communicate with their co-workers and business partners. “Double takes everything you love about video calls on an iPad and places that on a mobile base that puts the remote worker in control,” says the company.
