Toruń has four shopping centres totaling almost 138,000 sqm. The density ratio has increased to the level of approx. 680 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants. The vacancy rate at the end of 2015 stood at the level of 5,2 pct., informs Colliers International in its publication “Shopping centres in regional cities | Toruń”.
