More vacant retail in Moscow

RUSSIA The average vacancy on the Moscow retail market is to increase from its level of current 9.3 pct to 11.1 pct by the end of the year, according to a report by CBRE.
This is to be the result of six shopping centre completions that are expected to place in the next few months. These include the second phase of Metropolis, Oceania, Khorosho, Butovo Mall and the second phase of Fashion House Outlet. According to CBRE all are likely to open in the third quarter of the year and they will add 300,000 sqm of new retail space to the market in total.
