Panattoni builds for Ideal Automotive in Zielona Góra

The facilities, which are being built in the Lubuski Industrial and Technological Park in Zielona Góra within the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone are scheduled for completion in March next year. Colliers International brokered the deal, which represents Ideal Automotive’s first investment in Poland. The company, which already has a manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic, hopes the new centre will allow it to expand its operations and increase its production capacity in the CEE.
