The increase reflects stronger activity from domestic and regional investors, highlighting the growing role of CEE markets within the European investment landscape.

MVGM Polska has extended its property management agreement with SICORE Real Assets. Global fintech group Capital.com has extended its lease agreement until 2032 for 3,000 sqm of office space on the 32nd and 33rd floors of the Skyliner office building in Warsaw. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sqm have been signed for space in the building developed by Karimpol. This equates to 100 pct tenant retention in the first tower of the complex.
ESG
The Idea Aurora residential development, being developed by Unidevelopment in Radom, has received BREEAM Final certification, which is awarded upon completion of construction work. It is the first residential development in the city to receive such a certificate.
