Cordia keeps buying and building

In the last few weeks Cordia purchased plots in Kraków and Warsaw with a combined area of over 3.5 ha. The plot in the capital city is located on ul. Kopalniana in Bemowo district. A small estate of large apartments, some of which will have two storeys with roof windows, is to be developed over an area of more than 1.35 ha. The project will mostly be suitable for families with children and will be designed by Latergrupa.

“By 2019 we want to be putting 1,000 apartments on sale per year in eight different projects,” revealed Michał Melaniuk, the managing director of Cordia Polska. “We are looking for sites in the largest centres – so we have been monitoring Poznań, the TriCity, Wrocław and the cities we are already active in,” he adds.

Cordia is currently selling apartments in the Zielone Bemowo estate and in its Cystersów Garden and Supernowa projects in Kraków. The sales processes for its projects on ul. Rodziewiczówny (Warsaw’s Praga Południe district) and ul. Kopalniana are to be launched soon.
