POLAND A subsidiary of Vantage Development – VD Mieszkania XVII – has commissioned Erbud to construct stages 1a and 1b of the Dorzecze Legnickiej estate on ul. Małopanewska in Wrocław.

Stage 1a will involve the construction of 198 apartments with a combined area of 10,700 sqm. The contract or stage 1a is worth PLN 38.6 mln net, while Erbud is also to receive PLN 16.5 mln for the construction of stage 1b, which will comprise 90 apartments with a combined area of 4,700 sqm. The project should be completed within 71 weeks.
