Setanta develops first project

POLAND A special-purpose vehicle owned by Setanta is to develop the Piaseczno Park project comprising a building with 24 apartments and two retail outlets, as well as an underground car park in Piaseczno near Warsaw.
The apartments will have a total area of nearly 1,170 sqm with 95 sqm of retail space. It will be Setanta’s first development project, a company that is active as a property manager and in sale and lease brokerage. “We have found an exceptional location in the centre of Piaseczno, near the revitalised town park. Setanta is still looking for attractively located plots for further projects,” said Conall McGuire, the CEO of Setanta.
