Invesco Real Estate has acquired a post-industrial site in Bruchsal for Invesco Real Estate Europe Fund III. The 80,000 sqm site will be revitalised in cooperation with Propel Industrial.

MDC², which is developing the MDC² Park Kraków South warehouse complex in Skawina near Kraków with investor Generali Real Estate, has signed four leases for a total of nearly 16,000 sqm. The companies have taken warehouse and office space.

Atlas Ward appointed as general contractor for the redevelopment of V Tower. The green modernization of the office building at ul. Chmielna in Warsaw has entered its decisive phase. The work began in January and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a company operating a network of padel centers in Poland. InterPadel will occupy approx. 2,800 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Poznań. The facility is scheduled for handover in December 2025.

The Matarnia Office Park office complex in Gdańsk has been fully leased. The two buildings together offer more than 5,000 sqm of space. The facility belongs to the Domesta company, which is part of the Inpro capital group.

The state-of-the-art logistics centre near Heilbronn, Germany, which is spread across two buildings and fully let, was bought by a logistics fund of Axa IM Alts. The transaction was signed shortly before the turn of the year and is to be closed shortly.
According to a survey by Cushman & Wakefield, which has been tracking new entries for 11 years, 47 brands entered the Czech market in 2024. This is the highest number of brands to enter the Czech market, compared to 40 brands in 2023.
A new retail park with a total area of 24,000 sqm is set to be developed in Otwock under the name Świderek. The investment will be led by Redkom Development.
Empik has opened a flagship store in the revitalised former Cepelia pavilion in the centre of Warsaw. Neglected for years, the modernist building has regained its former glory and once again impresses with its original appearance and modern interior.
Trei Real Estate Poland has opened its 40th Vendo Park. The investment was created in Wrocław and has 5,000 sqm. Vendo Park Wrocław is the first facility under this banner in the capital of Lower Silesia. The retail park was built on a plot of approx. 15,000 sqm.
An 800 sqm Biedronka grocery store is to open on the ground floor of the Moje Bielany residential complex, which is being developed by CeMat A/S at ul. Wólczyńska 121 in Warsaw’s Bielany district.
LCP Properties, part of the international M Core group, has officially opened M Park Pionki, the 50th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. It is also the thirteenth M Park in the Mazovia region.
A service and retail complex Panorama Park II is being built in Kościelna Wieś. At the end of November, the foundation stone ceremony for the building took place.

According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland latest report “At a Glance: Modern Retail Market in Poland, Q3 2024”, predictions of the imminent decline of shopping centres in Poland have proven premature. In Q3 2024, the Polish retail market expanded by another 116,000 sqm.
The results of the CBRE European Retail Occupier Survey 2024 suggest the retail sector and regional economy overall approach the end of a challenging period. The study includes responses from over 60 global retailers with a store network of over 130,000 locations, and shows that 71 pct of retailers planning to increase their number of physical stores intend to do so in markets where they are already present.
Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail park in the Romanian city of Pitesti, one of four new development projects planned to open by Mitiska REIM in the Romanian market over the next two years.
German department store chain Woolworth has signed a lease agreement for almost 1,000 sqm in the Galeria Słoneczna shopping centre in Radom.

San Park Piaseczno, a retail park developed by Ed San III Sancak, has been officially opened. The complex offers a total of more than 40 shops and service outlets.
According to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, retail projects totalling more than 87,000 sqm were delivered throughout H1 2024, corresponding to a sharp increase when compared with the 30,000 sqm new supply from the same period of 2023. This year’s evolution was mainly fuelled by Q2 completions.
San Park Piaseczno, the largest retail park currently under construction in the Mazovia voivodship, will open on 4 September. The retail park, offering a total of nearly 40 shops of brands from many sectors, was fully commercialised a few weeks before the opening.
The Big Gorzów retail park opened a month ahead of schedule. The park was built on an 8 ha site in the north-eastern part of Gorzów Wielkopolski. It will serve 160,000 buyers from the city and the region. On the day of the opening, around 10,000 visitors had visited by 2 pm.
