The development, which is at Valukoja 8 street in Tallinn and is part of the Ülemiste City project, is the second of two buildings and is to be completed in the second half of 2018. On completion, Öpiku Maja will have an area of 15,800 sqm over 13 floors. The architect is Agabus Arhitektid, while Mainor Ülemiste is the developer.
Öpiku Maja, which is named after Estonian astronomer Ernst Öpik, is being developed to meet the requirements of LEED ‘Platinum’ certification.
