POLAND US IT firm Ensono has leased over 1,400 sqm of space in the 6,000 sqm Garnizon mixed-use building to be completed in the beginning of 2019 in Gdańsk’s Wrzeszcz district.
The new building will have seven levels including two underground and will have a car park for 150 vehicles. Until its completion the tenant will temporarily lease app. 700 sqm in the Gamma building within the same complex. “As for the next two to three years our plans include increasing employment by around 150 people. Therefore, we will require a flexible and comfortable working environment that will help to keep the team happy as well as constitut an attractive showcase for Ensono&rdquo
