Newbridge buys Retalia Park

POLAND Newbridge has acquired Retalia Park in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This is the company’s third acquisition in Poland.
The centre, which was developed in 2016, offers 2,700 sqm of retail area on a single level and has 72 parking spaces. The building is 100 pct leased to a number tenants including Piotr & Pawel, Rossmann, CCC, and Pepco. DLA Piper provided legal advice and Arcadis performed a technical due diligence. As the company reveals, the acquisition is a part of the company’s strategy to aggregate a portfolio of, locally dominant, neighbourhood shopping centres.
