ROMANIA Victoria Ploiești West Retail Park is to be developed in the town of Ploiești with Activ Property Services acting as the exclusive agent. Active Property has just brokered a lease for a 496 sqm Zoomania pet store.
Zoomania is the largest pet store chain in Romania with over 27 stores across the main cities of Romania, totaling an area of over 12.000 sqm.
The project, which is to open in March, is a proximity retail park of 2,690 sq m gla at the junction of Vestului road and Targovistei road.
