POLAND Warsaw-based residential developer Marvipol has started the construction work and apartment sales on its first project in Gdańsk.

Dwie Motławy on ul. Toruńska on the Spichrzów island will include 62 independent rental apartments ranging in size from 25 sqm to 58 sqm. The project also includes two retail premises on the ground floor. A further 41 apartments are to go on sale from the beginning of Q3 2019. The six-storey building will also include an underground car park for 41 vehicles. Loft style apartments with mezzanines are planned for the ground and top floors. The project design is by the KD Kozikowski studio and the work should be completed by Q4 2020.
