POLAND Intelligent systems and Internet of Things tech are to be introduced in Wrocław to turn it into a ‘smart city’.
At the end of last year, Tauron and Ericsson launched a pilot programme in Wrocław aimed at introducing the infrastructure and services required for a smart city. Among other measures, this involves the installation of a network of sensors throughout the city for collecting, processing and analysing large amounts of data.
