Victoriei 139 on the starting blocks

The project is budgeted at EUR 10 mln with construction work planned to begin within the next two months and delivery scheduled for Q4 2020. The residential complex will have a gba of 3,200 sqm with 33 apartments ranging from two to four rooms. The architectural design, which features the restoration of the original façade as well as marble floors and LED lighting, is by Răzvan Bârsan & Partners.
"Although it is not the first and will certainly not be the last, H Victoriei 139 is, for us, a challenge," says Yitzhak Hagag, the chairman of Hagag Group.
Hagag is also currently developing an office project nearby at H Victoriei 109.
