Additionally Polnord is currently selecting an operator for its Smarty project in Warsaw, the apartment sales for which will start at the end of this year with construction to start in around a year at the junction of ul. Ledóchowskiej and ul. Worobczuka in Warsaw. The building will comprise 297 units and the occupancy permit should be granted at the end of 2021. The construction of the Żabi Kruk aparthotel comprising 220 units is scheduled start at the beginning of 2020 near the Spichrzów island in Gdańśk. Sales will start in the autumn and the keys to the apartments will be handed over at the end at the start of 2022. Meanwhile the apartments sales in the Stacja Kazimierz 6 building are to start at the end of this year. The building will have 100 units and a total usable area of 6,100 sqm and is to be built in Warsaw’s Wola district on a 0.46 ha plot. The project should be completed in Q2 of 2021. Meanwhile sales for the Haffner mixed-use complex in Sopot are to begin in the autumn. The start of the project has been postponed because the old trees can only be replanted in the autumn. Constructyion work is to start at the beginning of 2020. The residential and service section with a area of 10,400 sqm as well as the hotel section of 230 rooms is to be ready at the beginning of 2022. Polnord has also announced that – due to disappointing financial results – it has suspended its Tęczowy Las residential project in Olsztyn and its Senatorska and Zgierska projects in Łódż.
