Currently the chain has six malls each with a retail area of between 3,000 sqm and 12,000 sqm, but the two new buildings are to be even larger. Its total retail area will come to around 30,000 sqm. The site has an area of a10 ha. The Karuzela retail park in Ełk will include a Bi1 hypermarket and have a total retail area of 21,000 sqm. the area intended for lease.
