C&W signs proptech partnership

EUROPE Cushman & Wakefield has entered a strategic partnership with a proptech venture capital firm Fifth Wall to develop innovations for the company’s clients.
“We’re committed to identifying and partnering with organisations that can help us develop the next generation of technology for our clients, our colleagues,” said Brett White, executive chairman & CEO of Cushman & Wakefield.
Fifth Wall’s second fund is one of the leading real estate venture capital funds to date, closing at EUR 503 mln and more than doubling the size of its initial fund, which closed in May 2017 at EUR 212 mln.
